Pita Pocket Breakfast

(Dutch Oven, mixing spoon, no mess kit or plates needed!)

pound sausage (pork, turkey or ground beef)
1 medium onion (minced)
6 Pita breads
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 bell pepper, diced
12 eggs, beaten
1 jar Picante salsa
1 pkg. grated cheese
15 briquettes
Pre-heat Dutch oven.  Brown the meat first.  When meat is almost done, stir in onion, garlic, pepper and saute with meat.  Add eggs and cook together until the eggs are scrambled.  Spoon into Pita bread and top with cheese and salsa.
